Who We Support
GreenGrove Support Services provides NDIS supports for eligible participants across Cairns. We deliver Community Access, Household Tasks, and Transport in line with the NDIS Practice Standards. Our supports are person‑centered, culturally respectful, strength‑based, and delivered with consistency and care.
How We Deliver Supports
Supports are scheduled in collaboration with participants and/or their Support Coordinator.
All services are documented to ensure accurate record‑keeping, communication, and quality oversight.
We prioritise reliability, safety, and clear communication.
We take time to understand each person’s goals, routines, and preferences before commencing support.
Service Hours
Support hours are arranged individually based on participant needs and availability. We do not operate a walk‑in office; all supports are delivered in the community or in the participant’s home.
